Grievance Redressal at Academic Research (SA)

At Academic Research, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We understand that there may be occasions where you are not entirely satisfied with the service you receive. In such instances, we encourage you to file a grievance so we can address your concerns and improve our services.


There are two ways you can file a grievance

  • Online Form: Complete the online grievance form here by filling the details requested. This form allows you to clearly outline your grievance and helps us understand your issue with ease.
  • Email: Send an email to support@academicresearch.co.za with a detailed description of your grievance and any supporting documents.

If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution provided

  • You have the option to escalate your grievance to higher levels within our organization. We will ensure that your grievance is reviewed by senior management for a comprehensive resolution.
